Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edgeely platform, operated by PT. Edgeely Kreasi Data Nusantara ("Edgeely", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Edgeely.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Edgeely. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Service

Edgeely is a trading journal, performance analytics, and backtesting platform. It includes:

• Trading Journal: Log live, paper, and backtest trades with full context — entry/exit prices, psychology, chart screenshots, setup tags, and session data.
• Performance Analytics: Win rate, profit factor, drawdown, equity curve, and session/instrument breakdowns calculated automatically from your journal data.
• Backtesting Journal: Create backtest sessions to evaluate trading strategies against historical periods using your own trade data.
• AI Assistant: An AI-powered trading coach that analyzes your journal, reviews setups, and answers trading questions.
• Broker Integration: Connect MT5 accounts for real-time balance and trade history sync.
• Public Profiles: Optionally share your trading performance with a public profile page.

3. Not Financial Advice

Edgeely is a journaling and analytical tool only. Nothing on the platform — including analytics, backtesting results, AI responses, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk. Edgeely is not liable for any trading losses incurred as a result of using the platform.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with any other person. Each account is for a single individual user.
• You must notify us immediately at support@edgeely.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plan Tiers

Edgeely offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: No charge, no time limit. Includes limited journaling (up to 8 live trades/month), 1 account, 1 setup, 1 backtest session (up to 1 month history), no AI access.
• Starter: $5/month or $50/year (≈ IDR 85,000/month). Includes unlimited accounts, 2 setups, 2 backtest sessions (up to 6 months history), 30 AI messages/month, and basic analytics.
• Pro: $20/month or $200/year (≈ IDR 340,000/month). Unlimited everything — accounts, setups, sessions, backtest history, AI messages, advanced analytics, asset breakdown, trading preferences, and target/max loss settings.

5.2 Billing

• Paid plans are billed upfront (monthly or annually) via Midtrans.
• Accepted payment methods: QRIS, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, BCA/BNI/BRI virtual account, and credit card.
• Pricing is available in IDR and USD. The displayed IDR price is an approximation based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly.
• Your plan access begins immediately upon successful payment and expires on the renewal date shown in your account settings.

5.3 Renewals and Cancellation

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew when your plan expires.
• When your paid plan expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your data is retained.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.

5.4 Refunds

If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@edgeely.com for a full refund. After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds are not available for renewals.

5.5 Discount and Promo Codes

Promotional codes may be applied at checkout. Codes are subject to their own terms (validity period, applicable plans, usage limits). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or platform systems.
• Upload malicious files, spam, or content designed to disrupt the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in your public profile.

7. Broker Integration

When you connect a broker account (e.g., MT5), you authorize Edgeely to retrieve balance, margin, deposit/withdrawal history, and trade data from your broker's API using the authentication token you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that this integration complies with your broker's terms of service. Edgeely is not responsible for any consequences arising from your broker's policies or API availability.

8. AI Features

The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. AI responses are generated dynamically and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. AI output does not constitute financial advice. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI before acting on it. Message limits apply per plan as described in Section 5.1.

9. Public Profiles

If you enable your public profile, selected performance statistics will be visible to anyone with your profile URL. You are responsible for ensuring your public profile does not contain misleading information. We reserve the right to disable public profiles that violate these Terms or that could mislead other users.

10. Your Data

Your trading data, journal entries, setups, and uploaded content remain yours. You grant Edgeely a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your trading data. 11. Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, brand assets, and proprietary content are owned by PT. Edgeely Kreasi Data Nusantara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g., broker API downtime), or unexpected issues may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edgeely and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edgeely and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
